I suppose I am just going by my own experience and what I know of history of governments. Please understand me, I am not saying anything about the validity of any conspiracy theory or claims of facts. That's not what my post is about. I am just saying that governments historically are very inept at anything. It's (in my opinion) part of the nature of government. That's why, for example, I advocate a free market. The free market is efficient and able, whereas the government is the opposite. I am very interested in the 'who' question of various conspiracy theories, but I never see anyone address it.
