actually governments are very good at keeping secrets...

The use of propaganda and false flag attacks are secrets the Elite leaders have been passing down through the centuries. Most major wars are started this way. just in my lifetime, you have the Gulf of Tonkin incident, which remained a secret for over 40 years and wasn't Declassified until 2005. most of the records of the JFK assassination still remain classified until this day. President George HW Bush used false testimony from a Kuwaiti nurse, who is actually an actor doing work for the PR firm Hill and Knowlton, 11 times in speeches leading up to the first Gulf War... knowing the entire time that her testimony was just propaganda.

What about the WMD's in Iraq? they didn't even have to keep that secret... everyone knows.

while government may not be good at taking care of their people, they are really good at manipulating them... and killing them. to do this they are very good at keeping secrets.. even if they aren't good at anything else.
