Naturally occurring fluoride...

(sodium fluoride) and the fluoride that comes from industrial smokestack scrubbers (hexafluorosilicic acid and sodium silicofluoride, the kind they put in our water) are two different chemical forms and have entirely different biochemical responses.

Salt, sodium chloride, is necessary for proper metabolism. That doesn't mean you should go around drinking bleach which contains the same chlorine molecule.
