You do realize how completely hypocritical you are being, right?

I recognize a mistake I made (certainly not the last) and apologize, and you can do nothing but rub it in? I don't need or want your forgiveness, but this is a dick move.

Moreover, just as it was hypocritical of me to be so unapproachable in my critique of Alex, it it hypocritical of you to say it's ok for Alex to do it but not me.
