I find it amazing that some use anothers name for profit and self gain.
Especially ones who have not asked for the consent from the individual whose name they are using/plan on using.
Simply breath taking, to me.

I couldn't even bring myself to use my own parents/grandparents name- let alone the name of a complete stranger.
In RP's case, I suspect no one need fear he come after them for using his name, He would view that as "getting his hands dirty", but I'm certain they should worry about the heirs to the Paul fortune and name.
All I can say is that who ever the Paul heirs decide to go after better have DEEEEP pockets!
