but the quote itself is very irresponsible for a firearms instructor to put online. That was a mistake and he is facing the consequences of his mistake. I understand why they suspended his carry permit. He asked for it.
As far as authority goes, the State does not have authority to issue a license and fee for a Right according to Murdock Vs. Pennsylvania.
Carry permits are unconstitutional in the first place.
