You take from someone without their consent, that is considered theft. If someone volunteers something, that is considered charity.

In fact, the only reason you argue specific forms of taxation as acceptable is that you have grown so accustomed to the overburdening of current taxation that you would accept any form of relief.

When any entity or person commits theft, they are in fact, a thief, and any document written in support of theft is illegitimate.

The government can do whatever they want, provided it doesn't cause open revolt. This is true, with or without the constitution. This has been proven throughout history and will continue to be proven. The government does what the people will tolerate. Period.

The government, and various sub-parts are no more than gang. Effectively creating a form a warlord-ism, which is why I find the most common anti-anarchist argument so amusing.
