started it's own "Justice Department" where if you accuse someone of something we can have a trial. The accused can choose counsel - pick a jury... jurors can be polled to make sure they are impartial... etc... "sovereign of the court" (plaintiff) states the "law of the case" and lays out the evidence. The jury judges not only the facts but the law itself.

That's how you do it by the constitution which protects COMMON LAW.

Check out intro #1 - this is how court is supposed to be run. It would also be a HUGE DRAW for everyone in the liberty movement... to see how JUSTICE is supposed to be DONE.
