replaced Speaker Jim Wright in Congress as part of the 1994 GOP freshman class?

If so, no wonder Haley Barbour, as RNC Chairman, did his best to ensure Stockman was one of the first casualties of the "freshman purge," 1994-1996.

The GOP better back Stockman on this. This is their last chance to prevent revolution.
