It was NOT Rodia's car

The guy is trying to confirm that it was registered to Nancy Lanza, but in states with personal property taxes, you have to list your car, it is part of the registration process. The car is NOT Rodias. The scanner carries traffic for MULTIPLE events, Rodia was being pulled over across town.
