Has anyone ever considered the possibility that while we debate this 2nd amendment issue and it dominates the national media spotlight, that just maybe something else is going on? Like a magicians trick, divert the audiences attention just long enough so they won't notice the slight of hand?

It's impossible to ban guns in this country. What is possible is to create a controversial debate that occupies the MSM and the gun rights people which creates a diversion so powerful that it dominates the news cycle.

like at a circus, this is a sideshow event, we may want to look at whats happening in the main tent.
