If you find yourself in a state of war, declared and recognized by Congress or not, your only choices are:
A) Die.
B) Fight and maybe, but most likely die.
Notice there is only one option with a chance of survival or of having any meaning to that survival, or of having any meaning or purpose to your death.
Even if you die fighting, your resistance WILL in at least some small way, weaken the enemy and toughen the resolve of those still alive to fight.
If they come to disarm you, or arrest you for being armed, the time for peace has already passed.
