"career ending" even though Hillary has retired as secretary of state, he's clearly looking to create soundbites to point back to to attack what he sees as a likely opponent in 2016... I don't think he's looking to push any Glenn Beck conspiracy theory here, he's hoping to paint Hillary as incompetent enough to disqualify her as an opponent in 2016 early.
