Passionate atheist here and I agree. I don't get too "butthurt" about it, but it is pretty obvious that claiming one particular religion is the key to the movement, even if that were true, does nothing but make everyone else feel like an outsider. As a free market capitalist and atheist, I'd like to see the liberty movement not make the same mistake the right wing made by alienating reasonable, logical atheists who happen to be fiscal conservatives.
Free market capitalism isn't right for America because it works better. It's right because it's free (and it works better).
