Let's be honest here, Rand is working on a presidential run in 2016. There's no question about it. Part of a winning strategy is the christian vote and there's no doubt Rand has been making some headway in this regard. If it's not obvious now, it will be at CPAC. Rand still has the best liberty record in the US Senate, and will be the best presidential candidate, unless Ron Paul himself is running.
