A few points

1. Some libertarians are pro-life, some are pro-choice; this issue is not part of the core libertarian doctrine. All libertarians believe in the protection of life, the debate is over whether an unborn child is a human life in the meaningful sense of the term. RP being pro-life does not mean that he's not a libertarian.

2. Taking away welfare for illegal immigrants (or anyone else for that matter) is absolutely a libertarian position.

3. The Civil Rights Act violates private property rights, thus opposition to the Civil Rights Act is absolutely a libertarian position.

Ron Paul is a libertarian - I really can't believe this is debatable.
