A well regulated milita, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms should not be infringed. It doesn't say the right of a militia or the right of the states it says the right of people to keep and bear arms. Meaning that the people will make sure that Militia is well regulated and not running around raping and pillaging.

Try taking aways an Afhagans rocket launcher when there is black hawks and drones flying over his house. I guarantee you he's not turning it in. Why because there is a militia in his neighborhood killing people. Until that starts happening here in the United States I don't think the we the people will recognize just how far the second amendment was meant to go.
