So, I pulled up the information on who was running the site, it's public info: http://whois.domaintools.com/uwwesternct.org Dana Rawding, never heard of him. Checked his LinkedIn - interesting: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/dana-rawding/10/621/b14 (I have the screen grab if this info disappears). He had been a Program Manager for who? Oh! G.E. Capital, for 7 years. WHO is getting this money?!
