Eliminating social security and medicaid also eliminates the revenue brought in by those programs.

So we end up with close to the same debt load even if we cut the programs completely.

Defense cuts, across-the-board government employee wage freezes are the best solution, IMO.

Unfortunately the idiot Neo-Cons running the Republican show seem to think that it's the messaging that is the problem, rather than themselves.

Of course that's because they take their orders from the chief idiot, Netanyahu and his merry band of Likudists and their new PNAC organization, the FDD
