gaps of perceptions and unwillingness to appreciate how others perceive things differently and why.

It takes LOVE to understand & accept others and their ways. If that love you offer is rejected for the time being, we just have to shake off the dust on our sandals and continue on with our own paths in peace. It's useless to get into mouth-frothing arguments and putdowns.
