I was a bit drunk with that... it's more like "lots of good times and a little bit of sense"... Bon temps really means good times but bonheur good be good times or perhaps fortune. Malheure = misfortune so I'm guessing bonheur = fortune. So, actually, I'll change my answer to "fortune". I suppose I could look it up but I guess I'm right.
