The trouble with minarchism

The problem with minarchism is that it doesn't allow competition in the adjudication of disputes (law and courts).

Minarchism can only exists if it uses violence in order to enforce its monopoly on the services mentioned above.

Firstly, it is unethical to initiate violence against innocent people, and secondly, all monopolies achieve poorer results than a free market.
