When necessary you eat what you must. A little

seasoning and a little gravy or rice makes a great deal of difference. Take the bird or Nutria and soak 24 hours in 1-3 tablespoons(Balsamic is best) of vinegar and the rest water. Cook in the oven or fry in deep oil. you will NEVER know it is a blackbird. Nutria should be rendered down in Bacon fat until tender. I promise, it is most tender and has a great chicken/pork taste. Heck if you saw how chicken was treated you would NEVER purchase one form the store. LoL!.
