That's why I said "despite it's other failures". Since you are here, and are a minarchist, I would hardly think you would whole heartedly agree with current government policies.
My intent was to determine if you believed that one responsibility of the state was successful.
It sounds like the answer is yes. Which part of the government would you credit with contributing the most to the success of that singular responsibility? Once again, please ignore the failures. I am sure we would agree on those, and that is not what I am curious about.
