Law enforcement is not

Law enforcement is not currently executed by any public court in the united States. It is not a "fact" that privatization of a court would initiate its ability to "enforce [its] decisions at the end of a gun". The privatization of law enforcement is a different issue altogether. Yes, judiciary power interprets law and makes decisions in regard, but it remains that executive power wields the gun. No public court currently wields executive power.
