Let's put the chances of anarchy in perspective.
Less than 10% of the adult population wants to go back to the monarchism that we had AFTER the Constitution was ratified, which centralized the federal government compared to the Articles of Confederation. The main reason most of the 90+% of people that don't want that will give you is that it would practically be anarchy to go back to that.
In other words, with the public school system, the statist-leaning entertainment system, and the news propaganda system, the debate over anarchy and minarchy is light years away from being relevant.
