on an emotional level
on an emotional level minarchism is easier to communicate because you don't have to overcome the gut reaction of "NO GOVERNMENT??? WHAT, ARE YOU CRAZY???"! but when explaining it I think anarchy is much easier. You can just advocate the Non-Aggression Principle with no exceptions.
