The government has set up special vaccine courts to handle cases and it operates under gag order so there isn't much publicity. And the US government assumes responsibility for vaccines that are proven to do harm. They do this to keep vaccines cheep and readily available. So no one can sue a vaccine company in the United States.

I think the Swine Flu waiver involved not only our country but more importantly law suits that might come from OTHER countries.
