that I was addressing the fact that government's limited by constitutions didn't gave a good track record, and that this was just as bad of an argument for Anarcho-capitalism being utopian because it doesn't currently exist, as saying successful constitutions are utopian because we don't currently have a constitutionally limited state either.
I was saying that the utopian argument was fallacious.
Nowhere did I say you could only choose between Anarchism and the United States Constitution.
