Haven't the foggiest clue... long it takes. However, from what I am aware, they were discussing the fact that they may have to demo the building because of the damage, because it was likely too damaged to repair, and too dangerous to work on. So instead of continuing to fight the fire, they decided to "pull" it, or use cables to demo it. However, before they had to resort to that, the building collapsed due to the damage, thus confirming their suspicions that it was too damaged to either repair, or to risk sending a demo team in to wire it. It makes sense to me that they would be discussing "pulling" it since it was already so badly damaged and had been on fire for 7 hours.
