Comment: I Really Liked Kerry
I Really Liked Kerry
Kerry was a teacher at my high school, and went to the same church I did growing up (though after I grew up and left town). I really liked him when I met him, and I told friends and family in the area to vote for him. I really want him to be a good congressman, but so far he's not impressing me.
The Boehner vote I can forgive as he might not want to be ostracized on day one in congress. I don't like it, but I could understand (especially since the numbers weren't there). The debt ceiling is different though. The worst part is he went to Facebook to explain his votes (just like my congressman Justin Amash), but he left THAT vote out. I'll give him some time to explain himself, but so far it's not looking good.
