You have some kind of blinders over your eyes which make you unable to see the obvious: which is that Rand is a libertarian trying to succeed in politics, where open libertarianism = failure. Your inability to trust Rand is not a fault in Rand it is a fault in you: which is another way of saying your mistrust of Rand is irrational.
