Do you even realize how much they are spending on this?
H.R. 5973 (the Farm Bill) Is all about Government spending and subsidies.
THIS WHOLE BILL IS BAD, not just this rider
This rider would provide for special privileges for the biotech Cartel which is not free market. There are other examples of government giving special privileges to Cartels, the banking Cartel aka The Federal Reserve is one we should all be familar with. Are you arguing for giving Cartels "independence" from oversite?
So why are you suporting a big government spending bill in the first place?
