the first thing that came to mind reading this was that this is a move, not a cut. How many jobs will be "created" in even more secrecy in places like the NSA Data Center in Utah? The people will eventually come for their Pentagon, just as the DDR's subjects stormed the Stasi Headquarters. The spies are going to scurry out the back door.
