I just snacked on very healthy steamed bok choy & yu choy with

oyster flavored sauce (thinned), topped with dried shallots. Very low cal, very low carb, low to nil on the glycemic index, Vit A,B,C,K, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, manganese, etc...you name it. I "pigged-out" on two big bowl servings of it on chop sticks. Totally NO GUILT snack!! Back on track to my paleo... :)
