A post makes a suggestion that syncs with the philosophy of government called Localism. IN localism the central government is forbidden to borrow, they have to go through the states. The point is made that the feds now borrow money against the people's credit, then split the loot with state governments, so that the states are brought to heel, encourage more 'free to them' spending, and side with the feds rather than the people. This is absolutely a key issue.
