If the ORIGINAL organism has been modified, it is no longer the same organism.

If a NATURAL apple is sold in the free market, it can be sold as an APPLE.

If a GMO APPLE is sold in a free market as an APPLE, it is an act of fraud being performed by the seller and fraud is punishable with a strong hand by the courts in a free market.

You are indeed correct in saying that you deserve protection against fraud, you are not correct in demanding preventive protection from the government in this matter under the ideology of the Liberty Movement, this is my opinion.
