Indentured servitude is a voluntary contract entered into by two parties with each deriving benefits. One example from colonial times being paid passage to the new world in exchange for a set amount of labor.
God ordered the Jews to perform genocide on communities killing every living thing, including animals, children and women. All were slain except for the female virgins which the Jews could keep for themselves. There was no consent. There was no contract. There were no mutual benefits. These virgins were taken as slaves, not indentured servants.
