"If abortion is murder, then

"If abortion is murder, then we must treat it like murder. Murder is handled by the states, and the justice system is done by the states."

Let's look at that another way, and remember, the states want to create a system where murder victims are denied justice, where collective force no longer defends liberty, but defends a system of injustice, one that takes liberty.

"Slavery is handled by the states, and the justice system is done by the states."

This is about a state attempting to deny victims justice which is the only purpose of government, to defend liberty. There really isn't any difference between the slavery issue and the abortion issue. Abortion is worse than slavery in my book, and any state that tries to make murder legal needs to be put in check, just as the Federal Government needs to be put in check by the states when they legalize murder which is why I oppose the NDAA.

Should we allow the individual States to deny slaves justice just as we allow them to deny the unborn justice? Why not?
