outside influence on the decision making process is entirely irrelevant to that question.. You are not forced to purchase from them and they are not forced to sell to you.

Rham can "strong arm" all he wants. He can't change economic law. Geico could simply stop doing business entirely in Illinois if it really didn't want to be "convinced" not to do business with gun owners or the firearms industry.

Geico is CHOOSING to behave this way. It is their ultimate choice.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong, from a legal perspective about that.
