Dear Mr Malawi,

Sorry. There has been a terrible mistake. Our $146 million check was mailed to you by mistake. Ms Rosie Rios, working our Treasury Desk has been signing our Treasury Notes at a harried pace. She inadvertently sent you $146 million which was meant for your namesake Country, The Royal Kingdom of Malawi. You needn't worry. The Royal Family sends you their most gracious greetings. Here are autographed photographs the Royal Family sends you as a goodwill gesture. Please bundle the $146 million dollars and leave for parcel pickup. Their Royal Malawi Guard is being dispatched today.
