Eat like a caveman. Better stay away from those starches -- potatoes, corn, rice and other grains -- those staples will make you fat, weak, and eventually kill you. Just look at what grains did to the Aztecs and the Asians, not to mention those wimpy Gladiators who lived mostly on barley.
Sorry, but the Paleo diet is just a repackaged Atkins diet, just as the Wheat Belly diet is.
