I started years ago designing websites and setting up a webserver 1997ish, and in my career I've now been a ISP owner, inventor, Systems administrator, network engineer, RF engineer, linux kernel engineer, etc. There isn't much in the area of computing, networking and radios that I haven't been exposed to in the 15-16 years I've been working, and I actually make a pretty damned good living too where my wife stayed home w/ the kids for 10 years. I'd say I enjoy about 50% of my job =) and don't hate going to work. I'm doing star trek stuff these days and I love it.
