Comment: It's the New Journalism
It's the New Journalism
Editorialize every story and release only the facts that support your narrative. Bury everything else. Attack anyone who tries to do REAL journalism. Defend your narrative and smear those who would seek to uncover the truth by demagoguing the issue, using straw man arguments, and various other logical fallacies. Ignore facts that contradict your story for as long as possible. Only bring them up when you can't ignore them anymore and then only do so dismissively and quickly redirect the topic. When all else fails, find some embarassing celebrity story to latch onto and spend all media time and effort on sensationalizing the story in order to change the subject.
We saw this with 9/11, Obama's birth certificate, and every other major news story that was used to force an agenda on us.
