I think that I can not live by water alone

I need some variety and I have chosen to suppliment my water intake with some sparkling mineral water. My tap water comes from a deep well.. 120' deep, and yet, I'm only 70' above sea level. I don't drink sweetened soda, I juice everyday, and drink sparkling mineral water sparingly. I rarely have alcohol of any type.. though our wines here are all organic and wonderful.. powerful.. and our beers, North Coast Brewing, Lost Coast Brwing, Mendocino Brewing companies are awesome.. but there will be none of that for me during lent, even though I've been told they are the best bottled water companies of all.
