Using religion to justify horrible actions.
The people of reddit in this town should go to that church and make their voices heard to fire the pastor.
Also rule #1 in restaurants is don't mess with the people that make your food.
That pastor would be wise to NEVER go back, because if she does I'm sure she can expect the worst service ever next time.
Tools of war are not always obvious. The worst weapon is an idea planted in the mind of man. Prejudices can kill, suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has an everlasting fallout all of its own.
