and perspective but in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 the Bible lists the qualifications for overseer (elders) and deacons which Paul inspired by the Holy Spirit has written. These were the people that God entrusted to care for the leadership of the church.

The Church was no "anarchy burger hold the government" institution. God had a plan that includes leaders. Are these leaders perfect? No but nothing in this life is.
