but I think it is not the right time for me to do it. I have small children that require a lot of physical strength to care for. And I have already lost weight this year (now 113 lbs) and don't want to lose any more.
It would be hard to give up coffee, chocolate and other sweets, so I think that's what I'll do. When I get the craving, I'll drink some water with maple syrup, lemon juice, and cayenne and think of you and all the other fasters.
