agreement for the most part. I agree that no piece of paper can protect or guarantee your rights, no matter how well written. Only the people themselves can do that. It is true that the Constitution has not kept the government from restricting and encroaching upon our natural rights, but as I have stated many times before, that is not so much a flaw with the document itself, but a failure of the people to defend the rights, not created by the document, but affirmed by it.
