Doctors started talking "retirement" back when HIPPAA was first enacted, they could see what was coming. There has even been a bit of news coverage about the threats of doctors to retire. It's all good... In response to the shortage of doctors, the Universities will lower admission standards - under the guise of "equal opportunity" would be my guess. This new generation of slightly less intelligent doctors will also be easier to thoroughly indoctrinate in the ways of Pharmacide, as they will not be taken under the wing of any older doctors who might actually remember a bit about "healing."
It is going to get ugly, if you have any health issues I would address them now, while there is still a prayer of finding a competent doctor.
